  • 3-Hour Ketamine Treatment with Psychedelic Dosing

    $400

    Each 3-hour session includes preparation, the journey itself, and recovery with a therapist in your private room throughout the session. Lozenges or IM are utilized (under care of a PMHNP). *Must meet with the provider first for an assessment

     Research shows that ketamine triggers glutamate production, which prompts the brain to form new neural connections. This makes the brain more adaptable and able to create new pathways, and provides an opportunity to develop more positive thoughts and behaviors.

  • 90-Minute Ketamine Treatment with Psycholytic Dosing (low dose)

    $200

    A low dose ketamine assisted therapy session facilitates a relaxed, reflective state to process and explore the roots of your mental pain and gain more adaptive/ helpful insights. The goal is to still be able to talk throughout the experience while working with your therapist.

    You can also schedule integration sessions (traditional therapy that includes EMDR) to further processing themes and insights from ketamine sessions.

  • Psycholytic Ketamine Group Therapy Session

    $65 Session/ per person

    Join a group processing experience with a low dose of ketamine. Each group is guided by a therapist and is a connective opportunity to talk, process, and explore ideas with other individuals. Individuals are given one low dose ketamine lozenge that allows some dissociation but awareness. This option is both cost effective and provides community and connection as you heal.

Alternative Pathways was established in 2022 in Cottonwood Heights with the intention of facilitating above-ground psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy beginning with the therapeutic use of ketamine.
